Secondary Provision

Specialist support for learners aged 11–16

Our Goal

At Grow Your Potential, our Secondary Provision offers a safe, supportive, and structured environment for young people who are struggling to access mainstream education. We specialise in supporting students with EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance), social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), and other barriers that can prevent them from engaging in learning.

What We Offer

Our staff include trained ELSAs, mental health first aiders, and EBSA specialists. We provide one-to-one and small group support to help learners manage anxiety, rebuild confidence, and re-engage with education.

Every learner follows a tailored curriculum, balancing academic study with vocational pathways and life skills. This ensures progress in core subjects while also preparing for future education, employment, or training.

Alongside academic learning, students can access practical, hands-on experiences such as construction at our Manor Farm provision, helping them explore their strengths and interests.

We work closely with families, local authorities, and partner schools to ensure each young person has a clear, achievable pathway forward. Support plans are regularly reviewed to match their progress and goals.

Our Lewsey site provides a calm, safe, and nurturing space where young people are supported to regulate their emotions, build resilience, and develop positive relationships.

Our Approach

We believe that every young person has the potential to succeed when given the right support. By combining a therapeutic approach with high-quality teaching, we help learners overcome barriers, achieve academically, and grow in confidence and independence.
